Trump announced his candidacy for the presidency last night. Trump focused largely on foreign policy and stayed clear from election fraud.
The speech was subdued and toned down. It was not a typical Trump speech.

Foreign policy is pretty much the only thing that Trump’s potential rivals can’t compete, so he chose to frame himself in that light. The “foreign policy Trump” is “Trump without the downsides.”
