Gonzalo Lira is out with a warning about the consequences of European and American foreign policy decisions with regards to Russia.
Lira is warning that Russia is planning to cut off oil and food exports to unfriendly countries in Europe. Hungary and Serbia will be the only two countries that will receive supplies of food and natural gas. Lira goes on to warn that because of the war, Ukraine has not been able to plant wheat for export to the Middle East and North Africa. He predicts that Europe will see waves of desperate migrants flooding into the European continent.
As for the United States, Lira predicts that there will be riots because of food shortages.
